   All data and information including, comments posted, files, photos and other content that you provide to Uploadable when you use the Service is referred to in the Terms as “Customer Data”.
   Uploadable is a cloud, file-hosting service which gives users the ability to access their data from any location as well as offering an additional online back-up for said data. We provide both free and premium subscription services offered at various rates. For more information regarding features please refer to the individual subscriptions.

2. Privacy policy

3. Registration data

   By accessing, signing up or otherwise using the Site you agree to the following conditions:
   (i) To provide accurate, valid and complete information about you as requested by any Sign Up, login and/or registration forms made available via the Service (“Registration Data”).
   (ii) To Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Uploadable to ensure its accuracy and validity.
